RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store.  It must be in its original condition and resalable. Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The goods are your responsibility until they reach aquapurse, so please make sure it’s packaged properly and cannot get damaged in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning to and that you obtain proof of postage.  Signature on delivery to aquapurse is required. Please email cs@myaquapurse.com with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind. Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed products be accepted for return due to change of mind.

PRODUCT COLOURS
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on aquapurse as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit aquapurse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email cs@myaquapurse.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.Refunds will be solely at the discretion of aquapurse.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
