1. What is the aquapurse?
Carrying a water bottle and a handbag is seriously fools game, so we designed a water bottle/handbag hybrid. It’s an all in one product that easy to use, and full customisable. You can also store your phone, credit cards and other accessories in the detachable purse. Take your aquapurse to the gym, work, club, festival and you’re ready to SLAY!
2. What does my aquapurse come with? How is it packaged?
Your aquapurse comes with one the water bottle, 1 x lid, 1 x strap and x 1 purse. It is packaged in a beautiful cardboard outer box, that keeps your aquapurse safe and secure when being shipped.
3. How is the purse attached?
Our purses are attached by an industrial grade velcro, that allows you to remove the purse and replace with any other aquapurse purses.
4. Can I buy extra purses and use on the bottle?
Yes, our purses are completely detachable and you can remove and you can attach any other aquapurse. They are available now in our COLLECTIONS section.
5. How do I remove my purse from the bottle?
Remove the straps first, then hold the bottle down flat and keep one hand on the bottle, while gently pulling the purse away from the velcro ends. Do ever so gently and its removed!
6. Can I put hot liquid in the aquapurse?
As with most BPA FREE Plastic bottle it’s not ideal to put hot liquids in the bottle, but they can withstand temperature’s up to 50 degrees Celsius (120f). Please do not put in the dishwasher or put carbonated drinks in there.
7. What can I store in the purse?
It is big enough to store- your phone (includes iPhone+), credit cards and other accessories. It’s 18 cm x 9 cm in size.
8. What size is the actual water bottle?
The bottle is 22cm (8.6") x 16cm (6.3") x 2.8cm (1.1") It also features a screw top lid.
9. How is the strap attached?
The strap is attached via standard handbag clip and it’s completely removable if you wish to carry the bottle as a clutch!
10. What is the length of the strap?
The strap is 120cm in length.
11. How much water does the aquapurse holds?
It holds up to 700ml of liquid (approx. 3 standard glasses)
12. What is the water bottle and purse made from?
The water bottle is made from BPA FREE Plastic. The purses are made from PU leather. (leather Purse Packs will be available in Jan 2018)
13. How can I clean my aquapurse?
Firstly, remove the strap and purse. Then a great way to clean the inside of the aquapurse is using vinegar (1 part vinegar and 4 parts water) or bottle cleaning tablets from your pharmacy. Do not clean your aquapurse within your dishwasher as the aquapurse is rated to 50 degrees celsius.
14. What is Unicorn Tea?
Yes definitely, it is also SOY FREE, VEGAN BASED, DAIRY FREE and uses 100% All Natural ingredients!
Our Tea is absolutely delicious! The tea is Mint flavored and its quite naturally sweet with a herbal flavor similar to green tea, we think you will enjoy this with every sip.
The consumption of this tea should be part of a varied and well balanced diet combined with exercise. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication, seek medical advice before using this product. Use in children under 18 is not recommended. *By the way, delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service. We’re not currently shipping to UAE, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan and Syria. Our prices are in AUD.
2. When does the package ship?
Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
3. Whoops.. I gave you the wrong address, can I change?
All good, email us ASAP (like seriously) at email@example.com we’ll do our best to update this before your order is shipped! If you’re too late and your order has already been shipped, we can’t change the address or redirect the parcel. In this case, we’re not able to send you another one so it’s best to contact the postal service.
4. How do I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent to your email when your order has been shipped. Please note that some countries do not return tracking information but rest assured your order is on its way.
5. Will there by any customs or duty fees?
Our shipping will cover shipping to most countries however in certain countries, you may be responsible for customs fees and tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.
